Personality has a great influence on communication between people. Firstly,sharing common interests is essential for initiating communication.If two people have completely different interests, it will not be easy for them to start communication with each other.Secondly, expressing their ideas and feelings freely is needed to develop meaningful communication.Some people fear that talking about certain subjects with hurt their relationship with their friends.They choose to hide their ideas or talk about these subjects very simply.Thus, they don't really have a chance to know or understand each other. The lack of understand leads to unsuccessful communication.To avoid unsuccessful communication, we must be honest and willing to express ourselves.

Greenpeace..

Greenpeace is an international and independent organization for protecting the environment.Greenpeace has 3 ways to achive its goals: action,lobby and research.Its center is Amsterdam, but it has supporters from 41 countries.The organization gets its income through the indiviuals. It doesn't get any financial support from certain companies or communities.It was founded in Vancouver, with the aim of opposing the USA testing nuclear devices in Alaska.Later the organization began to focus on other important environmental issues such as whaling, global warming,pollution in the oceans and the seas, and nuclear power.Greenpeace has the supporters who devoted their life to protecting the environment.I've just become a member of a greenpeace,and now I'm working for the nature and a better future..I hope everyone will do something for protecting our envrionment as soon as possible,because it can be too late tomorrow..

Job

Having a job is very important for almost every human.It provides money for a living,a status for the individual in the society.However, in order to cope with the problem of the worker dissatisfaction, some incenives can be used to help relieve worker dissatisfaction.One of this incentives is giving employees the responsibility to plan,organize and control their work.The workers must also be allowedto decide when and where they want to work.Some workers can be given the chance to work at home.In this way, they go to their office only when it is necessary.

Friendship..

In my opinion, the three atrabutes mentioned are all equaly important in a friendship. Dependibility is the foundation of a strong lifetime friendship. To know beyond doubt that a friend is there in good and not so good times is what true friends look for and offer. Once this is established, a lasting friendship follows. No matter what circumstance comes, a dependable friend is always welcome. Humour is such a refreshing ingredient in any friendship. Humour must be used intellegently, as mocking and making fun of a friend can spoil the friendship. To laugh with a friend is better than laughing at a friend. Friends who enjoy humour together have such a relaxing co-existance. Through the storms of life, a humourous nature helps one to cope. In conclusion, I must include all three qualities to base a friendship on. I want a dependable friend who uses humour intellegently.

Close Friend..

When a close friend does something that causes me to lose trust, I must consider carefully how to undo the damage, if I value this friend. Exercizing forgiveness is important, if the friendship is to continue undamaged. However, the friend must not take this for granted and must realize the harm mistakes can cause. It is good to forgive but forgetting is not so simple. There will be times when the mistake will come to mind. It is then that a strong character will discard the negative side of the mistake and try to learn from what occured. The mistake can have long lasting effects, if I dwell on it and try to take revenge. Thus forgiving the friend is the most important of all. It is only then that both friends can move on and leave the past behind where it belongs. Finally let me add this, ( sent to me by a special friend) True friends are like Diamonds, precious and rare; false friends are like autumn leaves found everywhere.

Crisis..

Global economic crisis is getting worse day by day.It’s affecting almost every country around the world.Its most obvious indicator is the high petrol prices.Most of people in Turkey say that the economic crisis won’t damage us as expected.But,I think it is inevitable that we will be affected by the crisis.Because trade makes us dependent on other countries,especially on America.We can also see its effects on our daily life.Food prices is getting higher day by day.Unemployement rate also is getting higher.Our currency is losing its value.To go thru global economic crisis with minumum damage,some precautions must be taken.Goverment should support turkish companies to produce their own items.Instead of imported items,we should use turkish brands.A sense of national pride should be promoted in schools.So that,people will be proud to use their own Turkish products.People should be encouraged to use public transports to reduce petrol consumption.Finally,if we bind together,there will be no obstacle that we can not get over

My ideal Teacher..

I base my ideal teacher on our pre-class english teacher in high school. He laid a foundation which has helped me to this day. One of his greatest influencing factors was that he encouraged us to read good literature. This gave me a good command of english in spelling,grammar and topic. He was responsible in creating a class library for us. This opened the world to us as students, giving us a clearer understanding of world events. He was a kind and understanding teacher. His methods were based on encouragement rather than on critisizing our weaknesses. He had a sound knowledge of modern technology including the workings of computers. This was vital to us in the evergrowing use of computers today. He was humourous, and made the lessons enjoyable. We all looked forward to his classes and miss him dearly. He was not highly fashionable, but set a good example by dressing neatly and also being on time. This showed he respected us as his students. I hope many teachers will take on board what I have presented as my ideal teacher. Teachers are the moulders of future generations.
